In the work IMMERSION, I deal with periods of falling asleep and waking up. The augmented day movements of my body transform into micro-movements in the form of an increasingly resting body, which surrenders itself to the internal times of the organs. I moved pillows and crayons impregnated with pastel chalk according to aspects of physical well-being. In these overnight drawings, I traced those physical states in which the body relaxes and slowly sinks into the ground to wake up again on its own in the morning.
